Terms & Conditions
Who you are contracting with
Overload Hockey is operated by Torro Media, LLC (“Torro Media”, “we”, “us”). These terms are an agreement between you and Torro Media, LLC. By using the platform you agree to them; if you use it on behalf of a team or organisation, you confirm you have authority to accept them on its behalf.
Using the platform
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Overload Hockey for your own learning, coaching, and team preparation, within the limits of your plan. You must not misuse the service: no unlawful use, fraud or spam, no infringing others' intellectual property, and no interfering with the platform's security (including introducing malware, probing, or scraping the service). Please don't resell, redistribute, re-upload, or reverse engineer our video and written content, and don't attempt to circumvent technical or plan limits. Keep your account credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your account information accurate.
Our content and intellectual property
Overload Hockey and its content — the software, videos, written lessons, diagrams, documentation, and branding — are owned by Torro Media, LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. Your plan gives you access to use it; it does not transfer ownership.
Your content
Plays, practice plans, and notes you create remain yours. You give us permission only to store and display them back to you and anyone you choose to share them with, solely to provide the service.
Paid plans, billing, and refunds
Premium and Team plans are billed monthly or annually at the prices shown on the pricing page, and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from the billing portal linked on your account page; access continues until the end of the paid period. Payment, billing, tax, and cancellation mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. See our Refund Policy for how refunds work.
Service availability
We work hard to keep Overload Hockey fast and reliable, but we do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. The service is provided “as is” and we disclaim implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the service if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay amounts due, create a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate these rules. You can close your account at any time. If your account ends, your saved content may be deleted after a reasonable window — export anything you want to keep first.
Accuracy and coaching judgment
Our content explains concepts and systems as we teach them. Terminology and structure vary between programs — always follow your own coaching staff. Nothing on the platform is professional medical, legal, or financial advice.
Safety
Drills and on-ice content should be run with appropriate supervision, equipment, and progression for the age and level of the players involved.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill), and our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms as the platform grows. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
