You may use Overload Hockey for your own learning, coaching, and team preparation. Please don't resell, redistribute, or re-upload our video and written content.
Your content
Plays, practice plans, and notes you create remain yours. You give us permission only to store and display them back to you and anyone you choose to share them with.
Accuracy and coaching judgment
Our content explains concepts and systems as we teach them. Terminology and structure vary between programs — always follow your own coaching staff.
Safety
Drills and on-ice content should be run with appropriate supervision, equipment, and progression for the age and level of the players involved.
Changes
We may update these terms as the platform grows. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
