We want Overload Hockey to earn its place in your coaching. If you are not satisfied with a Premium or Team plan, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no hard feelings.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or contact us through the contact page and we will help you directly. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel a monthly or annual plan at any time from the billing portal linked on your account page. Cancelling stops future renewals — you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
